Time Appointments are recruiting for a motivated and detail-oriented Private Client Legal Assistant to join a well-established and reputable law firm. This is an excellent opportunity for a law graduate or an individual with legal experience who is keen to build a career within Private Client work. Full training will be provided, and the successful candidate will work closely with experienced solicitors across a wide variety of matters.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assisting solicitors with the management of Private Client files, including Wills, Probate, LPAs, Trusts, and Estate Administration
* Drafting legal documents and correspondence under supervision
* Conducting legal research and preparing supporting materials
* Managing client communication, including responding to queries and arranging meetings
* Maintaining accurate and up-to-date file records and ensuring compliance procedures are followed
* Providing general administrative support to the Private Client team
About You:
* Prior experience in Private Client law is advantageous but not essential
* Law graduates or individuals with general legal practice experience are encouraged to apply
* Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
* Confident written and verbal communication skills
* A proactive, professional, and client-focused approach
* Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
