Your role You'll be responsible for leading an established team of Regional Cleaning Managers across the Midlands region. You will be responsible for contracts with a value of circa £10m in the Education sector. You'll be an advocate for continuous improvement across your management team. You will ensure SLA's and KPI's are being hit and your team is running an effective FM service.
