As Service Manager, you will oversee the strategic development and delivery of an innovative and impactful restorative justice service. You will lead on project and programme management, risk mitigation, stakeholder engagement, and performance monitoring to ensure high-quality outcomes. Working closely with criminal justice agencies, local authorities, and voluntary sector partners, you will embed restorative practices across the county and ensure accessibility for all communities.
You will be responsible for managing a dedicated team, driving innovation, and ensuring the service remains responsive to local needs. This is a unique opportunity to shape a sustainable model of restorative justice that empowers victims, reduces reoffending, and promotes community healing.

Essex Police offer incremental increases within this salary band, therefore the salary for this position will rise to a maximum of £54,876.00.
