We have an exciting opportunity for a hands-on Lead Business Analyst, to join us here in the Mortgages Chief Information Office, in our Virgin Money Integration Value Stream. This role sits under CT (Customer Technology), part of the wider Chief Operating Office department, which is responsible for delivering IT solutions which have our customers and colleagues at heart.
Our Virgin Money Integration Value Stream is a growing team, and you'll be joining at its infancy. We'll expect you to be hands on where you will be collaborating with and influencing senior stakeholders designing and delivering business solutions which add significant value, to achieve business success and help us meet our customer needs.
As a Lead Business Analyst in this fast-paced area, you will be accountable for providing strong, visible leadership, coaching & support to a team of analysts, ensuring they have the correct environment to thrive and deliver. You will also work closely with the Virgin Money Integration Leadership Team and wider stakeholder groups to ensure that Analysis activity is to time & quality, supporting our overall ambitious drive for excellence.
