Real Estate Lawyer (NQ-5) – Edinburgh
An established Real Estate team in Edinburgh is looking to appoint a lawyer at NQ-5 level. This is an opportunity to join a supportive and collaborative practice offering exposure to high-quality, varied commercial real estate work.
The Opportunity:

* Advising on a broad range of commercial real estate matters, including acquisitions and disposals, development projects, asset management, corporate support, real estate finance and renewable energy transactions
* Working closely with colleagues across a national real estate practice, providing access to local, UK-wide and international work
* Opportunities for client contact and involvement in business development activity as experience grows

About You:
\n
* A qualified Lawyer in Scotland, NQ to 5 PQE, with commercial real estate experience from training or post-qualification
* Strong drafting, analytical and commercial skills are essential, along with a collaborative approach and enthusiasm for learning and development
* Flexible working patterns, including part-time, are welcomed
