Overview
Kingston Hospital Maternity Unit is looking for a Maternity Risk Administrative Coordinator to support the Maternity Risk Team and Risk Management Team.
Responsibilities
* Provide organisational and secretarial support for the Risk training.
* Develop and maintain databases, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
* Organise the Maternity Risk Management meeting, Maternity Guideline Group, Maternity Voiced Partnership, and Maternity Safety Champions meeting.
* Assist in day‑to‑day administrative tasks for patient safety governance and risk functions.
* Work efficiently and flexibly as part of a team, managing competing priorities without direct supervision.
Qualifications
* Strong administrative and IT skills.
* Competence in developing and using databases.
* Attention to detail and accuracy.
* Good organisational and time‑management abilities.
Working Hours and Employment
37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, office based. Fixed term contract for 12 months as a Band 4.
