As the Service Manager, you'll have overall accountability for ensuring the service runs smoothly and safely, while your dedicated team provides the highest standard of care to our service users. You'll provide leadership and management for the team, always on the lookout for opportunities to help them grow and develop their skills. Candidates must have a NVQ Level 5 (or equivalent) in Health & Social Care (or the willingness to work towards in an agreed time-frame) and have previous experience of leading a team in a similar care setting.
