About the role
Are you an experienced Domestic or Commercial Electrician looking to transition into the solar power industry? Join us for full training to become a fully‑fledged solar/renewables electrician with opportunities for ownership in our fast‑growing, employee‑owned company.
In this role you will maintain, fault‑find, service and repair commercial and domestic solar PV systems, battery storage systems and related electrical infrastructure across the Reading area and the wider Southeast as we expand.
Responsibilities
* Maintain, fault‑find, service and repair solar PV systems, battery storage systems and related infrastructure.
* Inspect & test electrical installations and ensure compliance with health & safety regulations.
* Document work, update maintenance records and report faults to the management team.
* Operate within the scheduled hours of 8:00 am‑4:30 pm, Monday‑Friday.
Qualifications
* ECS Gold card.
* NVQ Level 3 qualified Electrician or equivalent.
* Full UK driving licence.
* Reference ID: BBBH25633H (if supplied).
