We are seeking an enthusiastic Commis chef with previous professional cooking experience and a genuine interest in food and cooking
We are 4 Star 20 bedroom Hotel with a 2 AA Rosette fine dining Restaurant. We serve breakfast and dinner 7 days a week as well as Sunday lunches in a restaurant seating up to 55 customers.
Your shifts will be mainly split - with prep in the morning from 10am until 1pm, and assisting with evening dinner service from 5pm until 10pm, working 5 days a week.
Applicants must be enthusiastic, well-motivated and have a great work ethic.
Please note that this position involves working weekends, holidays and evenings.
