The role
You’ll operate across both Building Surveying and Project Management, giving you a varied and engaging workload.
Day‑to‑day responsibilities
* Lead projects from feasibility through to completion
* Act as the primary client contact
* Manage budgets, timelines, and risk
* Carry out surveys, inspections, and technical assessments
* Produce specifications, reports, and tender documentation
* Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and consultants
* Support design, procurement, and construction phases
* Help resolve challenges on complex or underperforming projects
What we're looking for
You’re proactive, personable, and confident taking ownership.
* 3+ years’ experience in Building Surveying
* Background in a consultancy environment
* Exposure to both project and professional services
* Knowledge of pre- and post-contract duties
* APC achieved or in progress
* Strong communication and client‑facing skills
* Flexibility to attend site when required
