Introduction
Acorn by Synergie, one of the UK's leading recruitment specialists, is seeking a motivated and professional Account Manager to join the Crewe team. This role provides the opportunity to work closely with key clients on-site and be involved in the full recruitment process.
Key Duties:
Ensure exceptional levels of customer service to fulfil contractual client requirements.
Provide an on-site presence at the client site; develop strong relationships with the client's management team.
Source and vet candidates, matching them to suitable job opportunities.
Build and maintain relationships with candidates.
Provide and present management information.
Ensure full adherence to legal and contractual requirements.
Cover weekly payroll and other administration tasks, when required.
Requirements:
Proven experience in account management, recruitment, or a client-facing role.
Collaborative, adaptable, and customer-focused approach.
Proficiency in multiple languages is an asset.
Full UK driving licence is essential.
Excellent organisational and communication skills.
