Fairmont St Andrews is hiring for a Full Time Food & Beverage Server. The role supports multiple outlets at the property, providing guest-focused service in a luxury environment.
What You Will Be Doing
* Assist guests with menu items in an informative and helpful way
* Take table orders for all food and beverage from the guests
* Serve guests in a professional and positive manner
* Occasionally work behind the bar as a bar server
* Ensure the smooth running of each table
* Clear and set out tables ready for the next guests
* Other duties as assigned by the Outlet Manager
Qualifications
* Service-focused personality is essential with a passion for food and beverage
* Previous experience in a similar role is an asset
* Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities and the ability to lead by example
Your Team And Working Environment
* Working in a fast-paced team environment
* Shifts will be during the day and on weekends
* Must be eligible to live and work in the UK; the hotel is unable to assist with UK work authorization
