We’re The Big Phone Store, one of the UK’s fastest-growing refurbished phone sellers. We’re not just looking for another person to post content. We need someone who knows how to grow an audience, track what’s working, and drive engagement and conversions.
You’ll Be Responsible For:
• Developing monthly social strategies focused on reach, engagement, and sales
• Analysing post and ad performance to guide the content team
• Planning campaigns around offers, blog content, and customer stories
•Managing scheduling tools, hashtags, and posting times for best results
• Reporting results weekly and refining based on data
• Identifying growth opportunities on LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook
What You Need:
• Experience growing a brand account (please share results)
• Deep understanding of content analytics and social KPIs
• Strategic thinking: what to post, when, and why
• Ability to collaborate with creatives and brief content clearly
• Strong understanding of organic vs paid content, and how to optimise both
Nice to Have:
• Knowledge of refurbished tech or ecommerce
• Experience using GA4, Meta Insights, TikTok Analytics, and scheduling tools
This role is all about strategy, growth, and results — not just pretty posts.
