The ideal candidate will combine strong leadership and communication skills with deep technical expertise in networking, infrastructure, AWS, and Unix/Linux environments. Key Responsibilities Support IT Service Desk and other areas of the business. Manage and support IT infrastructure, including networking, servers, and end-user environments. Collaborate with Infrastructure and Cloud teams to ensure smooth operations of AWS and Unix/Linux systems. Implement and maintain ITIL-aligned service management processes. Drive continuous improvement and automation initiatives across IT support functions. Ensure prompt escalation and resolution of complex technical issues. Partner with other IT and business teams to support projects, upgrades, and rollouts. Maintain documentation, knowledge bases, and standard operating procedures (SOPs). Requirements 5 years of experience Supporting IT Service Desk or IT Support teams. Proven experience in IT infrastructure, networking, and system administration. Hands-on knowledge of AWS, Unix/Linux, and Windows environments. Strong understanding of ITIL framework and incident/change management. Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. Experience with ticketing tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira, Freshservice, Zendesk). Ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment. Relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL Foundation, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, CompTIA Network, etc.) are a plus. About us: At Peregrine, we see beyond the immediate and look to the horizon.
