Campus Operational and Partnerships Manager – Campus for Future Living | Location: Mablethorpe
Acis Group is looking for an inspiring, forward‑thinking Campus Manager to lead one of our most ambitious and exciting ventures: the Campus for Future Living in Mablethorpe. This flagship project, delivered in partnership with East Lindsey District Council, is dedicated to tackling health inequalities in coastal communities and reshaping how services are designed, delivered, and experienced.
Responsibilities
* Being externally focused, identifying and meeting with health, care, wellbeing and research organisations, understanding their needs and priorities, and driving new ways in which we can work together.
* Developing fully funded new models and services that meet identified needs and priorities.
* Positioning Acis and the Campus for Future Living externally, through partnership activity, attending events, promotion and research activity.
* Generating new income to enable the Campus for Future Living to be a long-term success, including partnerships with health, care and research organisations, participating in research, and broadening our service delivery.
* Making every contact count. Grow our service offer, broaden strategic partnerships and drive new income into the Campus while ensuring impact for coastal communities.
* Working with the Campus Operational Team to provide leadership that not only meets income targets but also offers high‑quality services and facilities to all Campus members and customers.
* Ensuring the Campus delivers a diverse range of support and engagement activities for those living in Mablethorpe and the local area through development of our own activities and collaboration with partners.
* Maintaining oversight of the Campus budgets to ensure income and expenditure align with annual budgeting and forecasting, and coordinating with the finance team to highlight risks to senior management.
* Contributing to the annual review of the Campus business plan and priorities.
* Supporting the Campus steering group through administration of meetings (preparing, collating, and circulating papers), preparing and presenting progress reports, and supporting Steering group activity to achieve KPIs and outcomes.
Experience and skills
* A proven track record of turning stakeholder relationships into productive and impactful partnerships, delivering a bigger impact in a funded and sustainable way.
* Ability to communicate effectively with both NHS lingo and housing/local authority terminology.
* A strong understanding of NHS and wider health services and delivery structure, locally and nationally, and the ability to discuss NHS terminology and priorities.
* Experience of working in or closely with the health, care, community or wellbeing sectors, with a strong understanding of local delivery structures.
* Experience in generating commercial income and a drive to meet targets.
* Understanding of local health and wellbeing challenges affecting Lincolnshire, particularly coastal communities.
* Solution‑focused thinker who is open to trying new approaches.
* Experience in generating diversified income through new markets and developing/establishing new models.
* Ability to scope new services and models from scratch, including cost modelling, financial profiling and cashflow forecasting.
* Target‑driven with a proven track record of delivering against monthly targets and objectives aligned to an organisation's strategic vision.
* Strong leadership skills with line management experience.
Stand-out factors
* Strong relationships with health sector, research organisations or partners on the East Coast.
* Experience with research partners including universities or health partners.
* Understanding of policy changes relating to health, education, or housing; data‑led approach to research.
* Willingness to challenge the status quo and bring solutions to engage people in change.
* Marketing or external reputation experience an advantage.
* Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
* Up-to-date knowledge of education and skills (FE/HE), health (wellbeing) and housing sectors.
* Awareness of local communities and their needs.
* Understanding of how buildings and services should be operationally delivered to provide excellent customer service and experience.
