Pay: £22.20 per hour
Responsibilities
* Deliver high-quality statutory social work across Child in Need, Child Protection and Children in Care as part of the Lincoln FAST team.
* Lead safeguarding processes, contribute to multi-agency planning, and produce clear analytical reports, including for court.
* Ensure timely, accurate recording and manage risk using evidence-based approaches such as Signs of Safety.
* Demonstrate skilled relationship-based practice, confident decision-making, effective multi-agency collaboration, and a clear commitment to improving outcomes and safety for children and families.
Requirements/Experience
* Experience completing Section 47 enquiries.
* Experience undertaking comprehensive Child and Family Assessments.
* Experience managing risk using evidence-based approaches such as Signs of Safety.
Working Arrangements
* 5 days in the office on duty weeks (every fourth week).
* For non-duty weeks, flexibility on hybrid working may be considered.
