Student Work Experience Advisor
Locations: Cross Campus - Bromley & Holly Hill
Salary: £18.57 per hour
Hours: Full - Time, 37 hours per week
Contract: Temporary until 31st August 2026
About the Role
Our client, a respected education provider, is seeking a motivated Student Work Experience Advisor to source high-quality placements for learners on Study Programmes. This role is perfect for someone with strong organisation, communication and employer‑engagement skills who enjoys working closely with students and local businesses.

Key Responsibilities
• Source quality work placements aligned with student aspirations
• Liaise with curriculum teams to meet placement requirements
• Engage new, lapsed and existing employers to build strong relationships
• Generate employer leads through calls, outreach, events and social media
• Support the creation of sector-specific employer advisory boards
• Complete required Health & Safety checks under WEX policy
• Meet students individually and in groups to understand career goals
• Assist T Level students by mapping industry sectors to employers
• Monitor attendance, behaviour and performance during placements
• Maintain accurate CRM records of employer engagement
• Work with Tutors, Lecturers and employers to secure sustainable opportunities
• Produce data reports using Microsoft Excel
• Achieve set KPIs and performance targets
• Represent the organisation at internal and external events
• Engage in CPD and maintain up-to-date knowledge relevant to the role
• Work flexibly across multiple campuses as needed
About You
• Level 2 qualification (preferably business‑related)
• Level 2 English and Maths
• Strong planning and workload‑management skills
• Confident communicator with employers and stakeholders
• Ability to generate appointments and provide IAG to students
• CRM proficiency and strong Microsoft Office skills
• Energetic, adaptable and committed to high-quality service
• Takes ownership of tasks and is committed to professional development
A current and valid ENHANCED DBS is required for this position.
