We are looking for a Principal Manager for Social care staff within a busy inner city Integrated CMHT.
Responsibilities
* Provide all management functions for AMHP, experienced social workers, NQSW, student social workers and Care Navigators, including supervision, appraisal, and performance management.
* Support all adult social care statutory and contracted duties for cases open to CWP's CMHTs and ancillary teams, including Care Act assessments, safeguarding, MHA/MCA, AMHP, and best interest considerations.
* Lead a team of social workers and care navigators alongside health lead colleagues within an integrated multidisciplinary service.

Induction
