Key Responsibilities:
* Lead accessibility audits across digital platforms.
* Manage scope and Statements of Work (SoW) for accessibility testing engagements.
* Supervise the execution of automated and manual accessibility testing.
* Collaborate with assistive technology testers and UX designers for comprehensive assessments.
* Produce detailed reports, including VPATs and actionable remediation guidance.
* Oversee retesting to validate remediation outcomes.
Requirements
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Deep knowledge of WCAG 2.2 AA guidelines and accessibility compliance frameworks.
* Proven experience leading accessibility testing projects and managing audits.
* Familiarity with testing tools: Axe, WAVE, Lighthouse, Pa11y, Tenon.
* Experience with assistive technologies: NVDA, JAWS, VoiceOver, Dragon NaturallySpeaking.
* Strong understanding of inclusive UX design principles (preferred).
* Excellent communication and reporting skills.
