Job title: Internal Sales Executive
Location: Ely, Cambridgeshire
Hours: 39 hours per week – Monday – Friday
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 basic per annum plus 25% monthly bonus potential
This is an office based sales role where you will work with a filed based area sales manager to maximise sales opportunities.
What will you be doing in the internal sales role?
Pipeline management from quote through to sale.
Managing and maintaining customer relationships.
Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up, outbound calls, emails, and internet queries.
Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate ASM for further development and closure.
Achieve monthly KPIs and weekly touchpoints including daily phone time and sales closed.
Maintain and expand the database of prospects within your assigned area and update CRM system.

Proven inside sales experience within a fast-paced environment, working towards and overachieving on KPIs.
Strong phone presence and experience of busy phone lines.
Strong listening and presentation skills and resilience.
Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively.

Customer-focused and commercially minded.
