Key Responsibilities: Deliver planned lessons in the absence of the class teacher. Support teaching and learning across a range of year groups and abilities. Lead small-group and one-to-one interventions. Assist with assessment, monitoring, and reporting on pupil progress. Foster a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment. The Ideal Candidate Will: Hold HLTA status or possess significant experience in a similar role. Have a strong understanding of the national curriculum.
