The Role
As a Consultant, you’ll:
* Provide expert clinical leadership in acute frailty, inpatient, and community settings
* Collaborate closely with Primary Care and Health & Social Care Partnerships
* Help drive transformational change within integrated care systems
* Contribute to developing the Acute Frailty Pathway, Intermediate Care, and Hospital at Home services
* Engage in undergraduate and postgraduate teaching with multiple medical schools
* Have a voice in the evolving shape of services and the opportunity to lead innovation
