Operations Manager

We are currently recruiting for an Operations Manager to join a well-established and well-respected business operating within the oil and gas sector. This role will see you managing a range of projects focused on the coating, protection and upkeep of oil and gas storage tanks and associated assets. You’ll work closely with clients and site teams, taking responsibility for projects from initial planning through to successful delivery.

As Operations Manager you will be responsible for

• :Managing the full project lifecycle from tender stage through to completio
• nOverseeing contracts to ensure works are delivered in line with scope and expectation
• sManaging budgets, programmes and resources to ensure projects are delivered on tim
• eCoordinating engineers, site teams and subcontractors throughout project deliver
• yActing as the main point of contact for clients and maintaining strong working relationship
• sEnsuring projects are delivered in line with safety standards, quality requirements and company procedure

• e:Proven experience in a Project/ Operations Manager role within the oil and gas sect
• orExperience delivering projects related to tank coating, maintenance, refurbishment or similar wor
• ksStrong communication skills and the ability to manage both clients and site-based tea
• msConfident managing multiple projects in a live operational environme

Salary: £65,000 - £75,
