Rutherford Cross is delighted to be supporting our longstanding client to appoint an interim bookkeeper with a view to going permanent. This role is mainly remote with one day per week in their Glasgow office.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
* Entering purchase invoices into Sage and Netsuite
* Entering sales invoices into Sage and Netsuite
* Creating purchase orders
* Matching purchase invoices to purchase orders
* Preparation of payments on the banking system
* Assisting with monthly processing of credit card transactions
* Assisting with monthly processing of staff expense claim forms
* Supporting on-boarding process of new employees
* Co-ordinating IT requests with Group’s IT provider
* Supporting finance team introduce new processes and procedures and testing of new IT solutions
