It’s your job to keep both our members happy, through efficient process and a dedication to customer excellence. You’ll lead a team of fitness-focused colleagues, ensuring you’re getting the very best from the people around you. A natural leader, you’ll understand what makes a workplace great, and motivate your teams to push boundaries through excellent customer service, seamless operations and a passion for all things fitness. You’ll be super organised and able to multi-task to ensure all key areas are tackled, from managing the poolside to coaching members on the gym floor. Responsibilities
* Support the Leisure Club Manager to run daily operations and services across the club.
* Maintain high standards of customer service and member experience.
* Lead and motivate a team to deliver seamless operations, including poolside management and gym floor coaching.
* Multi-task across key areas to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently.
* Support members in achieving their fitness goals and help colleagues develop professionally.
Qualifications and Skills
* A passion for leisure and fitness.
* Good knowledge and experience of leisure operations.
* Attention to detail and a drive to deliver the highest levels of member experience.
* Motivational and passionate about developing others.
* Eligibility for the role includes a successful DBS check.
