Sales Negotiator Chelsea Bridge

Salary - £25,000 - £30,000, OTE £60,000 - £70,000 (Uncapped)
Monday Friday 9am 6pm, 1 Saturday per month (Day off in Lieu) 5 day working week
Our client based in Chelsea is looking for an energetic and professional Sales Negotiator with a minimum of 2 years experience to join their busy team.
You will be responsible for helping to drive the sales department forward and bringing new ideas to the table working with a great team of Negotiators, in a role where you will need to hit the ground running, your ambition and determination will make you stand out for this fantastic role.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Registering new buyer enquiries and converting them to viewings
Contacting buyers and arranging property viewings
Conducting property viewings and encouraging offers & entering negotiations
Providing viewing feedback to vendor clients
Selling of services to new and existing clients
Skills required for the job
Experience within residential sales or new homes market, preferably within the area
A sense of urgency for goal achievement
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Confident and enthusiastic communication style
Self-starting with the desire to succeed
Ability to build and maintain relationships quickly
Negotiation skills
Good IT literacy skills
