Responsibilities
* Ensuring all aspects of food preparation and cooking, ensuring dishes are prepared to the highest standards
* Develop and implement menus that reflect seasonal ingredients and customer preferences.
* Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness in the kitchen at all times.
* Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service delivery
* Stay updated on culinary trends and incorporate innovative ideas into menu offerings.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in a Chef role within a restaurant or hospitality setting
* In-depth knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary arts.
* Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices.
* Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with both kitchen and front-of-house teams.
