What your responsibilities will include:
- Deliver outstanding customer service at all times, prioritising customers over task and delivering a great shopping experience.
- Process sales transactions accurately, securely and efficiently through the till points and to be actively pushing your addon’s by engaging effectively with customers.
- Responsibly and safely handle and accept deliveries to store keeping up with the maintenance of stock room areas.
- Maintain merchandising of toys to company standards
Our stores are open 7 days a week and on a 12-hour contract you will typically be working 4-hour shifts over 3 days. Depending on the trading hours of the store you’re applying for, having a flexible approach and a commitment to help the store operate, it is key that you are able to work these shift patterns. This might include working hours at any time of the day, perhaps even outside of our normal trading hours, especially at Christmas.
