Responsibilities
:
1. Process weekly payroll for a multi-state organization
2. Process Monthly Commissions
3. Enter accurate and timely employee data into the payroll system
4. Respond to payroll-related employee inquiries
5. Support employee off-boarding and terminations
6. Protect and handle confidential employee information appropriately
7. Perform various administrative tasks (e.g., phone coverage, supply orders)
8. Manage payroll entries for multiple schedules
9. Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
10. High school diploma or equivalent (college degree a plus)
11. Ability to manage confidential information professionally
12. Ability to effectively utilize technology, payroll platforms, and internal systems
13. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
14. Strong organizational and time management skills
15. Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
16. Must pass pre-employment background checks (including MVR and drug test)
