Salary: £35,809 to £41,593 per annum

What You’ll Be Doing
* Work collaboratively with other teams, external agencies, and residents to keep estates clean and safe.
* Deliver regular estate inspections, identify and report issues, and make improvements.
* Design and deliver neighbourhood projects and activities with individuals, communities, and stakeholders.
* Support residents with tenancy management: sign ups, welfare checks, investigations of ASB and breaches of tenancy.
* Work closely with safeguarding teams, social services, mental health teams, and the police to support residents’ health and wellbeing and that of the wider neighbourhood.
What You’ll Need
* Confident and resilient individual with a positive mindset.
* Experience in customer service and developing effective working relationships across Clarion and external agencies.
* Experience working to policies, procedures, plans and targets and exercising good judgement while being proactive and creative in finding solutions.
* Experience with IT systems and processes and the ability to grow knowledge and use new ones.
* Ability to work confidently alone and with a team.
* Extensive travel across the region required from time to time; vehicle essential.
* Must be able to travel across the region as required.
* Must be eligible to work in the UK and reside in England or Wales for the duration of employment.
