You’ll be out and about inspecting properties, working with contractors, and ensuring our customers receive the safe, well-maintained homes they deserve.This isn’t your typical surveying role. You understand the importance of both technical expertise and great customer service.We’re looking for someone who:Has a qualification at HNC level (at minimum) in construction or maintenanceBrings experience in property maintenance, repairs, or contract managementHas strong knowledge of diagnosing defects and specifying remedial worksIs confident managing contractors and holding them accountable for quality and performanceCommunicates clearly and professionally with customers and stakeholdersCan manage a varied workload, prioritising effectively to meet deadlinesIs comfortable working independently while contributing to a wider teamHolds a full driving licence and has access to a vehicle for business useExperience in social housing is ideal, but just as important is your ability to deliver a great service, think on your feet, and continuously look for ways to improve.If specific qualifications are required, please upload them with your application to demonstrate your eligibility.At PA Housing, we believe in respect, integrity, and accountability.
