Responsibilities
* Provide individualised support to adults with a wide range of needs, on a 1:1 basis or as part of a team.
* Work within a multidisciplinary team to deliver a range of interventions in 1:1 and group settings.
* Support individuals to gain stability in daily life, including safe living, meaningful activities, community involvement, physical and emotional wellbeing.
* Work within a Recovery Orientated System of Care (ROSC) to address physical, mental, social, and emotional needs.
* Ensure support is person-centred, involving the person, family and friends, other professionals, advocacy services, and staff.
What you will do as a Relief Support Practitioner
* Support individuals with a wide range of needs, providing practical and emotional support and helping them achieve personal outcomes.
* Engage in 4 to 6 weeks residential service when individuals are no longer able to manage in a community setting.
* Work with a team of social care, nursing and medical staff to provide treatment and support.
* Participate in a ROSC approach to promote recovery and stability.
Qualifications and Requirements
* No previous working experience required; full training provided.
* Valuing respect, compassion, inclusion and integrity to join the team.
* IT skills are required for all vacancies.
* Where applicable, register with the SSSC within 6 months of start date.

* Relief Workers are deployed to cover leave, sickness, or peak periods; you may be offered shifts as available.
* Time sheets, monthly payments, holiday entitlement, and reimbursement of reasonable expenses.
* Basic training to operate safely and meet health & safety obligations.
* Relief Working may not be suitable for people with full-time roles elsewhere.
* Does this position require a valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle? No
