Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Cleaning Supervisor to lead and support our growing domestic cleaning team across various residential properties. The successful candidate will be responsible for cleaning quotation visits and session delivery, ensuring cleaning standards are met and exceeded whilst overseeing the performance of cleaning staff. Duties Supervise, support, and coordinate a team of domestic cleaners across assigned areas. Carries out physical inspections of potential jobs to assess size and expected time for the job. Conducts himself courteously and professionally during Deliver/collect cleaning supplies and equipment to/from customer premises Provide hands-on cleaning on the job as needed Conduct quality checks during cleaning jobs and ensure high cleaning standards are maintained in all residential properties. Store, cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring correct usage and timely replenishment. Ensure cleaners follow COSHH guidelines, safe cleaning practices, and use appropriate PPE. Train and onboard new cleaning staff to ensure compliance with health & safety and company procedures. Complete incident reports, risk assessments, and maintain accurate records of work conducted. Report performance issues or concerns to senior management. About you: Minimum of 5 years experience in a cleaning supervisory role within the UK, preferably within domestic/residential environments. Driving license and having a car is a must. Excellent leadership and team coordination skills. Strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of COSHH regulations and health & safety procedures. Ability to work independently and take initiative. DBS check (or willingness to undergo one) due to the residential nature of work.
