<p>Role: National Account Manager + New Business EMEA region</p><p>Location: Predominately remote - 1/2 days a month in London for meetings.</p><p>Salary: Up to £55,000 plus bonus and flexi working/perks!</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Ready to take your new business / account management skills to the next level? We’re looking for a seasoned International Account Manager who is a relationship-builder, sales guru, and beauty industry expert! You’ll be our clients go-to for managing key accounts, developing strong partnerships, and driving growth across all channels internationally!</strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong>What You’ll Do:</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Lead International Accounts:</strong> Manage and grow key partnerships with global retailers, distributors, and e-commerce platforms across EMEA.</li><li><strong>Drive Global Sales:</strong> Create and execute commercial strategies that maximise sales, visibility, and brand presence internationally.</li><li><strong>Strategic Negotiation:</strong> Own commercial negotiations and secure long-term, mutually beneficial partnerships in overseas markets.</li><li><strong>Cross-Functional Collaboration:</strong> Work closely with internal teams, from marketing and operations to logistics and supply, to ensure aligned execution across regions.</li><li><strong>Market Analysis & Reporting:</strong> Monitor sales performance, analyse data, and adapt strategies to local market trends and consumer behaviours.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>What You Need:</strong></p><ul><li><strong>2+ years of experience in international account management or sales, in the beauty industry is essential for this role.</strong></li><li>A vast knowledge of the EMEA region including retailers and/or distributors.</li><li>Strong relationship-building skills and a knack for closing deals.</li><li>Experience working with national retailers and understanding retail processes.</li><li>Sales-driven, strategic thinker with an eye for detail.</li><li>Extra languages is a big plus!</li><li>Excellent communication and negotiation skills.</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Unfortunately, due to the anticipated high numbers of applications we will not be able to respond to every applicant.
