What you'll do as a School Business Manager
* Oversee the financial management, budgeting, and resource planning of the school
* Manage HR, premises, and administrative functions to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
* Work closely with the Headteacher and Senior Leadership Team to support strategic decision-making
* Ensure compliance with school policies, health and safety regulations, and financial procedures
* Lead and support office and site teams to deliver high standards of service and efficiency
* Develop effective systems to support the school's long-term goals and sustainability
What we're looking for in School Business Manager
* Proven experience in school business management or a similar leadership/administrative role
* Strong financial management and budgeting skills
* Excellent organisational, communication, and interpersonal abilities
* A proactive, solution-focused approach to problem-solving
* Relevant qualifications in business management, finance, or HR (desirable)
* Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)
