Key Responsibilities:
* Plan and deliver high-quality, engaging Mathematics lessons across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 (KS3/KS4).
* Create a positive, structured learning environment where students feel confident tackling complex problem-solving.
* Assess, track, and report on student progress effectively, using data to inform interventions and maximize GCSE outcomes.
* Differentiate learning resources to stretch high-attaining pupils while robustly supporting students with lower prior attainment.
* Contribute to the wider school community, participating in departmental meetings, parents' evenings, and continuous professional development (CPD).
Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognized teaching qualification.
* A strong degree in Mathematics or a closely related discipline.
* Proven ability to raise attainment and inspire engagement across all secondary age groups.
* Excellent communication skills, organizational abilities, and a collaborative team-player mentality.
