We are seeking an experienced Operations Director to provide strategic and hands–on leadership within a respected, engineering–led consultancy. This Operations Director role is based in Glasgow and offers the opportunity to influence operational performance, culture, and long–term direction within a business known for their technical capabilities.
The Operations Director will be responsible for turning business strategy into effective operational plans, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently. Working from Glasgow, you will collaborate closely with senior technical and commercial leaders to align people, processes, and resources with client and organisational objectives.
