Role Overview:
As a Planning Engineer, you will generate and manage aircraft maintenance work packages, ensuring full compliance with airworthiness regulations throughout the maintenance process.
Key Responsibilities:
* Liaise with CAMO and engineering teams to interpret maintenance requirements
* Create compliant work packages and maintain master work cards
* Support Sales with costings and man-hour estimates
* Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for clear work instructions
* Assist the Engineering Support Manager with planning and production coordination
* Partner with Safety & Compliance teams to uphold audit and compliance standards
Candidate Profile:
* Technical aviation experience with a solid understanding of airworthiness regulations
* Experience in maintenance planning, MRO, or CAMO environments preferred
* Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with AMOS, OASES, or Rusada is desirable
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* Proactive, safety-focused, and detail-oriented

Working Hours:
Mon–Thu: 08:00–17:00 | Fri: 08:00–14:30 – Occasionally, due to operational demands, working outside of the stated hours may be required, and there may be a need to follow a shift pattern.
