We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative E-Commerce Marketing Director to lead our online sales and digital marketing initiatives. Responsibilities
* Develop and implement comprehensive e-commerce marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
* Oversee content management across websites, social media channels, and email campaigns, ensuring consistency in brand messaging.
* Lead SEO initiatives to improve organic search rankings and increase website traffic.
* Manage social media marketing efforts, including content creation, scheduling, and community engagement.
* Utilise Google Analytics and other tools to monitor website performance, user behaviour, and campaign effectiveness; report on key metrics regularly.
* Coordinate with graphic designers to produce high-quality visual content using Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop and video editing tools.
* Manage content management systems such as WordPress, HTML, CSS, ensuring website updates are executed smoothly.
* Drive content marketing initiatives including blog posts, product descriptions, photography, and video content to enhance brand visibility.
* Implement email marketing campaigns aimed at customer retention and acquisition.
* Collaborate with sales teams on B2B marketing strategies to expand wholesale partnerships.
* Stay abreast of industry trends in digital marketing, SEO best practices, social media algorithms, and emerging technologies.
Requirements
* Proven experience in digital marketing within an e-commerce environment or related field.
* Strong knowledge of SEO techniques and social media management platforms.
* Proficiency in content management systems such as WordPress; familiarity with HTML and CSS is essential.
* Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for graphic design and visual content creation; experience with video editing is a plus.
* Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to craft compelling content tailored to target audiences.
* Analytical mindset with experience using Google Analytics or similar tools for data-driven decision making.
