Overview:
The Workshop Service Engineer will primarily work in our dedicated workshop environment, taking responsibility for the maintenance, repair, and testing of Aerial Work Platforms (AWPs) and related equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Perform thorough diagnosis, maintenance, and repair of aerial work platforms in a workshop setting.
* Conduct regular inspections and testing to ensure equipment operates safely and efficiently.
* Complete appropriate documentation for all service work performed, including warranty claims and repair documentation.
* Provide support to field service engineers when required, sharing technical knowledge and insights.
Requirements
* Relevant technical qualifications in mechanical or electrical engineering.
* Experience in a workshop or technical service environment, ideally with AWP/EWP equipment.
* Strong problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
