What You’ll Be Doing
As a Geotechnical Engineering Graduate you will become proficient at investigating sites, understanding existing assets and using a broad range of geotechnical products and techniques to help keep the UK’s transport infrastructure in working order. You will be mentored and supported by experienced engineers as you begin your journey into geotechnical engineering.
* Plan and supervise ground investigations to inform geotechnical interventions
* Carry out geotechnical asset inspections on major infrastructure in Rail and Highways sectors
* Prepare specifications, drawings and reports
* Propose solutions to engineering problems and perform calculations and analysis to determine their suitability
* Deliver multidisciplinary schemes in collaboration with colleagues from across the Amey Consulting Business

* Undergraduate degree in Civil Engineering, Geology or related subject at Grade 2:1 or above
* Full UK driving license
