About the Role
Salary: £32,560 per annum
Hours: 40 hours per week, 4 days a week

Your Responsibilities
As a Room Leader, you will:
* Provide stimulating and purposeful experiences tailored to children's age and development.
* Support the holistic development of children—physically, intellectually, socially, and emotionally.
* Assist staff in maintaining high-quality updates on the EyLog system and child learning journals.
* Lead by example, promoting respect and credibility in your role.
* Implement an effective key person approach to foster secure attachments in children.
* Maintain accurate records on the EyMan system and ensure compliance with safety standards.
* Uphold the requirements of the statutory framework for the EYFS.
What We’re Looking For
To thrive in this role, you should have:

Essential: Full and relevant Level 3 in Childcare qualification.
*
Essential: Over 1 year’s experience working in Early Years.
*
Desirable: Over 6 months’ experience in a senior position.
*
Desirable: Knowledge of Ofsted expectations for achieving a Good or Outstanding rating.
*
Essential: Understanding of the statutory framework for the EYFS and regulatory requirements.
*
Essential: Fluency in written and spoken English.
