5. Is appropriately qualified and experienced in School Business Management, administration, management, finance or HR
6. Can demonstrate an ongoing commitment to their professional development
7. Has a comprehensive understanding of IT systems
8. Has a deep understanding of customer service and sees parents as partners in education
