Job description
Wealth Generation LLP is seeking an Office Administrator/Personal Assistant.
The successful applicant will primarily be assisting the Founding Partner and Adviser in the business by carrying out a variety of administration tasks and duties. Depending on the candidate there is a lot of scope to progress within the firm.
To be considered for the position you must have:
* Experience within a Financial Planner / Financial Adviser / Wealth Management / Financial Services practice
* Can demonstrate high levels of Attention to Detail
* Willing to work within a small team and undertake a variety of tasks
Responsibilities:
* Provide high quality support to the Founding Partner and Adviser on business and personal tasks
* Acting as a first point of contact, dealing with correspondence and phone calls
* Greeting clients and ensuring they feel welcome when they arrive
* Inputting and updating the client's information and policies on the back office system (Intelliflo) so that it is always accurate and reflects any work that has been carried out
* Chasing on new business cases and general queries that come up
* Helping with monthly Income reconciliation through our back office system
* Undertaking general clerical tasks in the business
Skills:
* Highly Professional and displays a strong work ethic
* Willing to go the extra mile when it is required
* Used to working collaboratively within a small team
* Proactive and able to work independently at times
* Proficient in the main Microsoft Programs like Outlook, Word and Excel
* Strong communication skills both verbally and written
* Creative and enjoys finding solutions for problems they encounter
* Some knowledge of Pensions, Investments, Mortgage and Protection Products
Desirable but not essential
* Have previous experience of working with the Aviva / Quilter Platforms, FE Analytics and Intelliflo back office system
Benefits of working at the firm include:
* Salary ranging between £26,000.00 and £35,000.00 per annum depending on the candidate and level of experience
