Could you be what we’re looking for?
We’re looking for a Creative Lead to
define and evolve the visual identity of our brands while staying true to their
core ethos. This is a hands-on, high-impact role where you’ll set the creative
tone, ensure brand consistency, and deliver design that resonates with our
audience.
What You’ll
Do
* Own the Creative Direction: Lead
all visual output across the business, setting the tone and evolving our
brand identity.
* Design Across Every Touchpoint:
Deliver high-quality assets for print, digital, social, web, in-venue
experiences, and OOH.
* Champion Brand Integrity: Stick
to and enforce brand guidelines while ensuring creative excellence.
* Collaborate Closely with the Founder: Work hand-in-hand to maintain and elevate the brand ethos in every
execution.
* Empower Our Teams: Build
toolkits and templates for venues to roll out on-brand visuals.
* Leverage AI for Speed & Scale: Use tools like Midjourney, DALL·E, and GPT to accelerate ideation
and production.
* Drive Multiple Projects:
Manage competing priorities with speed, style, and strategic thinking.
* Stay Culturally Relevant:
Understand our audience and tap into trends to keep the brand ahead of the
curve.
What We’re
Looking For
* Creative Expertise:
Exceptional design skills across Adobe CC, Figma, and other key tools.
* Brand Obsessed:
Ability to strictly adhere to brand guidelines while bringing fresh,
original ideas.
* AI-Savvy: Practical experience using AI to enhance
creative workflows.
* Culturally Connected: Deep
understanding of youth-led, lifestyle, and culture-driven brands.
* Adaptable:
Comfortable shifting from campaign visuals to venue signage in a
heartbeat.
* Proactive: Bags
of initiative and a self-starter mindset.
* Portfolio Power: A
standout portfolio showing versatility, originality, and strong brand
instinct.
