Sales Development Representative / Business Development Representative (SDR/BDR)
Leeds | Hybrid | £25,000–£29,000 + Uncapped Commission (OTE £42k+)

What You’ll Be Doing
* Reaching out to potential customers via phone, email, and LinkedIn
* Qualifying leads and passing warm opportunities to the sales team
* Booking demos/meetings with senior decision-makers
* Keeping CRM records up to date
* Working closely with an SDR Manager who’s been in your shoes
* Hitting weekly and monthly activity/meeting targets
What You Bring
* 6–12 months of cold-calling or telesales experience (B2B is a bonus!)
* Strong communication and confident objection handling
* A resilient, target-driven mindset
* Hungry and ambitious personality
* A willingness to learn, adapt, and develop
* The ability to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment
