Local Government Our client is looking to bring on board two new positions across Policy, Strategy & Planning which are; Planning Lead & Policy Planner.
To be sure they can deliver on their responsibilities, they are evolving as an organisation, and they have some really big targets to reach. They need the right people, in the right roles, to get there.
About the roles:
As the Planning Lead you will be tasked at leading a team working on the development, maintenance, monitoring and reviewing of policy, strategy, plans and business cases.
You will act as a key link between planning team members and Management to enable effective strategic decision making on regional activities.
The focus of the role is to ensure the team has the technical capability, mentorship, environment & culture to be successful. Additionally you will be ensuring effective relationships are held with relevant community stakeholders.
As the Policy Planner you will be providing sound planning advice and support in the effective delivery of planning responsibilities. This role contributes to the development, maintenance, monitoring and review of policies, strategies and plans.
