Our client, a well established consultancy in the engineering space, are currently seeking a Regional Growth Lead to strengthen key relationships, drive sustainable revenue, and support business growth across existing and new clients and partners.
This role sits within the wider sales and commercial function and works closely with technical and delivery teams to increase market awareness, improve bid success, and build long-term strategic partnerships.
What you’ll be doing
* Manage and grow key client and partner relationships
* Identify and develop new revenue opportunities
* Support and lead bid activity for selected clients and frameworks
* Own and contribute to account plans and CRM pipeline management
* Provide market, client, and supply chain insight to senior leadership
* Build strong networks with decision-makers and influencers
* Support client satisfaction initiatives, workshops, and knowledge-sharing sessions
What we’re looking for
* Background in client management, partnerships, or business development
* Strong communication, organisation, and stakeholder management skills
* Comfortable working across multiple teams and disciplines
* Degree in a relevant discipline preferred
* Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel
