What you'll be doing as a Sous Chef:
* Help lead, train, and mentor junior team members.
* Ensure high standards of health and safety, food quality, hygiene, and consistency.
* Contribute ideas for seasonal menus and daily specials.
* Be hands-on, working across different sections during busy service periods.
About you, our new Sous Chef:
* Previous experience as a Sous Chef or strong Junior Sous Chef in a fast-paced, high-quality environment.
* A passion for sustainability, seasonality, and a keen eye for detail and presentation.
* Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.
* The ability to work under pressure and deliver exceptional results during busy service.
* A team player who can guide and lead junior team members with excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
* A desire to learn and progress within the industry.
* Flexible approach to work.
