Job Description: Process Engineer Lead
We are seeking a Process Engineer Lead to join our team and support projects within Life Sciences, Advanced Manufacturing, and Advanced Technologies sectors. The role involves leading process design activities, providing technical support, and collaborating closely with clients and multidisciplinary teams.
Responsibilities include:
1. Leading process design activities for relevant projects.
2. Providing engineering support and acting as the main interface with clients, discipline engineers, and management.
3. Developing process flow diagrams and integrated equipment diagrams to assist in facility planning.
4. Collaborating with architectural teams to size and arrange equipment according to client needs.
5. Analyzing design challenges, evaluating options, and recommending solutions.
6. Supporting business development efforts and project proposals.
7. Participating in estimating activities and equipment pricing.
8. Sharing best practices and strategies within Fluor.
9. Maintaining contacts with external consultants for specialized services.
10. Mentoring and training junior process engineers.
